Boat Rental: The Asheville Outdoor Center has some boats available for rent. If you would like to rent a boat to use for the race, please make those arrangements directly with the Asheville Outdoor Center by calling (828) 232-1970.
Registration Guarantee: We will accept registration forms up to and including race day. HOWEVER, because this is the first year for this event, it would help us a lot if we had some idea ahead of time how many folks might come. Therefore, if your registration is postmarked by April 9 (a Saturday) and you can not attend, for any reason at all, we will simply tear up your check.
Free T-shirt for early registrants: If your registration is postmarked by April 9, you will be given a race T-shirt at no additional charge when you check-in at race headquarters.

Attendance at the pre-race meeting at the start line each is mandatory. While competing, each contestant must have a US Coast Guard approved PFD in his/her craft and each craft must have a whistle.
